Terms of Service

Before Buying Policy:

• Read the FAQ before making a purchase.
• Replacements will be given according to the warranty note mentioned in the product description, so please read the information carefully.
• Products are for testing purposes only and are non-profitable.
• Agree not to change or edit any internal information.
• The warranty may be placed on hold or limit the number of replacements offered per month if suspicious behavior is detected.
• Only provide replacements for their own products.
• Reserve the right to update terms of service without notice.
• Negative remarks about the shop on public platforms will result in an instant ban, no refund, and no product delivery.
• Faulty product or no product at all, contact through the Sellapp Contact Query or Discord server for replacements or fixing the issue.
• All sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
• None of the Products are stolen from anyone, all Products are made by Tethys.

Policy After Buying:

• 3 Days Warranty.
• A PayPal case results in blacklisting and no replacement. Instead, contact through Discord.
• None of the accounts are cracked, and illegal activities are not supported.
• Leaving negative feedback before contacting us will result in blacklisting and a ban. No further support or product delivery.
• Not every login will work, but hits are still guaranteed.
• Always use USA proxies with a low fraud score before using logs to prevent burning the products.
• PayPal full access products are not delivered instantly for security reasons. All other products are delivered instantly.
• Disrespectful behavior towards support team, ticket will be closed without an answer, and no refund.
• All products on Tethys are virtual goods; no refunds after purchase.
• Attempt to chargeback, any money or perform a similar action, Tethys will expose all information as a scammer (IP address, email, etc.).
• Leaking any of our products or methods is forbidden and will result in further action.
• Don't follow our Support Team's instructions may block or blacklist.

Replacement Policy:

• Giving a bad review before contacting for replacement results in no replacement.
• To get a replacement, contact through Discord tickets only.
• Replacements may take up to 72 hours depending on the order.
• Replacements only, no refunds.
• No replacements for 2FA accounts, and for accounts that have been locked due to "too many tries" at login.
• Tethys has the right to refuse to provide a replacement, and not obligated to disclose the reasons.
• Provide Replacements for non-working Links/Downloadable Files.

Secure Payments:

• All payments are secured by Sellpass and payment provider like PayPal/Credit Card/Hoodpay(crypto).
• Refunds not possible after payment made (see replacement policy).
• Payments fully anonymous and untraceable.
• Error message saying "payment couldn't be identified," contact through live chat or Discord ticket.
• For PayPal payment, use the same email as the customer account. Only orders of $10 or higher are fulfilled.
• Leave PayPal Note blank; otherwise, funds are lost.

Legal:

• Products are designed solely for testing purposes and are not intended to be used for any other purposes.
• Tethys holds no liability for any misuse of the products sold on their platform.
• Accounts sold on the platform are obtained through legitimate means and are not cracked.
